Delivery Information

• To help up deliver your parcel to you as quickly as we can please help up by:
• Providing us the right address
• Providing an address where someone will be available to sign and accept the delivery
• If you are not available to sign and accept the delivery you can provide us with an authority to leave.
• Deliveries may require a signature, unless you select “Authority to leave”.  If you elect to use an authority to deliver, please provide specific delivery information in “Instructions”
• For example, leave under veranda, or leave behind gate. Without an authority to leave, the parcel will not be left and may incur additional delivery costs.
• Neither the courier company, Maxpak.on.line or its affiliates will be responsible for goods left at the request of customers, and no proof of delivery shall be required.
